Tax Information Form
Pursuant to GS 105-303(a)(2), Richmond County requires that ALL DEEDS (transfer of property) must be presented to the Richmond County Tax Appraisal Office prior to recording. Once the Appraisal Office places their stamp on the Deed, the Deed can then be presented for recording.
