The Hyde County Register of Deeds office maintains Marriage records, Birth and Death records, and Delayed Birth records.

Uncertified copies are available to the public. Certified copies of vital records are issued only to the applicant or immediate family members. You may apply in person or by writing to our office. Proof of identity is required when applying in person. Fax requests are not accepted.

Non-certified copies: $ .25 each
